Our Story
My name is Jene' Lee (Liddell) and I am the owner and founder of Resilience Consultancy. I graduated from Marquette University with a BA in Criminology and Law Studies, obtained a certificate in entrepreneurial studies from Joseph Business School, also certified in Project Management, have a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and I have also done extensive studies at Loyola University of Chicago in Business Law.

With over 14 years of business process management consulting experience from the collections industry to banks to law firms and everything in between, my experience includes optimization of processes, evaluating and identifying weak points and solutions, and introducing new processes and systems of organization to achieve clients’ growth goals.

Working with businesses in the media and graphic design, non-profit, landscaping, commercial cleaning, public speaking, life coaching, and real estate industries. I am able to specialize this experience in various arenas. So, Resilience Consultancy will be able to customize business solutions to fit your company's needs.

I started Resilience Consultancy because I spent 20 years in Corporate America, SAVING over 50,000 hours of TIME for Fortune 500 companies with my INNOVATIVE ideas to make their PROCESSES better. With just a few minor adjustments to PROCESSES, these companies were able to REGAIN a 6-figure PROFIT LOSS.

It was then I realized, while LEADING and TRAINING teams to IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS to SAVE TIME IN PROCESSES, that I should take a more CONSULTATIVE approach not under the employee umbrella, where I could be FREE of MICROMANAGEMENT.

I saw the IMPORTANCE of HELPING a COMPANY bring in PROFITS through their own PEOPLE AND PROCESSES because that is where the money lies NOT IN NEW SALES.

Wholeheartedly, I believe in the POWER of PEOPLE AND PROCESS for PROFITS.

So, I developed my own S.T.A.K. and A.S.S.E.T.S. frameworks that would HELP large companies REGAIN 5-6 figures in PROFIT LOSS by EMPOWERING their EMPLOYEES to SAVE TIME in PRODUCTIVITY.

As a Process Guru, it disturbs me all the PROFIT LOSS related to PROCESSES and PRODUCTIVITY that happens with COMPANIES UNAWARE.
