The bottom line focus is when a company's main focus is making a profit AT ALL COSTS.  Most companies operate under this same focus and don't realize it.  They're dismissing why there's high employee turnover because their focus is on getting a body to fill that missing seat.  It doesn't bother them that employee morale is down as long as the employees do the job they're paid to do.  However, they do want to spot the quiet quitters because they are squatting on their watch, their money-watch that is.  In regardless, it's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.

It's time to stop chasing the profits and be kind to the employees, then the money will come.  The true bottom line is to treat employees like assets to your company.  Without employees, your business wouldn't even be able to make a profit.  Employees help your company with delegation of duties to grow and scale your business.  You wouldn't even have a bottom line in business without any employees.  Nevertheless, in return for the help of employees, you don't listen!!!  At least you can do is listen, to what the employees have to say because they just want to help the company.

When companies don't listen to employees, they quit.  That's their way of making you listen, it's to quit without notice or make a big scene walking out.  Why does everything have to be so dramatic?  Then, when you can't find someone else to fill that spot so easy, you start to realize that employee was overworked and underpaid.  No one will work for that wage with that amount of work, unless they are desperate.

The bottom line is to open of the feedback look with transparency in communication about changes.  Then, employees will trust you enough to give input on how to make the company better.

Employee Morale will Increase and so will Productivity.

The Bottom Line is Employees First.  Happy Employees make Happy Customers.
